Writing Proposals - How to Write Proposals That Produce More Business

Writing Proposals - How to Write Proposals That Produce More BusinessWriting proposals is not something that should be underestimated, but instead should be regarded as an essential part of the writing process. When it comes to proposals, there are a number of steps that should be taken. In order to complete this task, you will need to have a clear outline in which you can map out the steps that need to be taken. This is the first step, and you must write the proposal in a way that sets out everything you are going to cover. This will ensure that you have everything covered prior to sending your proposal to a client. The next most important thing that needs to be done is a detailed description of the proposal. You need to set out what you are offering to the client in the best possible manner. There are two general types of descriptions that you can make use of when it comes to writing proposals. The first involves a description of the features of the product or service and how these w ill help the client. The second involves a description of the benefits that will be accrued by the client if the client takes up the offer. If you are using the description of the benefits approach, then you should make sure that you include all the relevant details of the benefits that the client will derive from the proposal. If you do not include this information, you may find yourself having to re-write the entire proposal after it has been received.Thirdly, you need to include an introduction to the proposal. You should always strive to engage the reader in a short, succinct introduction to the business and the product or service. Make sure that this is included at the beginning of the document, and make sure that it is something that will grab the attention of the reader. The introduction is critical, as it will help to get the reader interested in reading the rest of the document.Lastly, you should look for aconclusion in the final paragraph of the proposal. This is so that yo u can get the reader on side and encourage them to read on. It is also to ensure that the reader gets a full idea of the services and products that they will be receiving. The summary can also be used to briefly sum up the key points of the proposal. The final note to make is that you need to include a summary of what you will be doing for the client in the rest of the document. This is a useful option to provide the client with a quick idea of what they will be dealing with. It is also something that can be very useful to show the client what is being offered to them, especially if the client does not wish to be kept in the dark for a period of time.Writing proposals is not something that should be ignored as it is an essential aspect of the writing process. If you want to keep this part of the process simple, then take your time in writing them and you will find that they will come out in your favour and help you generate more business.

Reflection Class Reflection - 2138 Words

Throughout the entirety of this course I have been able to learn a vast amount of things that I did not fully understand before. While I have heard many of these things before, this class has helped me strengthen and fortify my understandings of the things that will be presented on the CSCS. While I do not plan on taking the CSCS until March I have kick started my progress in obtaining this certification because of the effort that I have put into this class, and it has almost become enjoyable to be able to learn as much as I can so that I can really knock it out of the park on the test. This paper will be a synopsis of the things that I have learned, highlighting major topics and points (from the syllabus), and the final grade that I†¦show more content†¦Upon diving into the first chapter (biomechanics) I found a lot of things that I needed to improve on. While things like anatomical position and the basic movements were a review I learned a lot about the neurological factor s play a role in exercise. I learned about how neural control, cross sectional area, arrangement of the fibers, muscle length, joint angle, muscle contraction velocity, joint angular velocity, strength to mass ratio, and body size play a major role in movement. I believe that I knew this somewhat to begin with from our previous class, but a lot more light was shown on the finer points, and this really helped me understand how all of these roles play a major factor in the ability to perform at a high level because it allowed me to paint a bigger picture of all of these finer points coming together. Moving on to the bioenergetics chapter, I did not do as much studying on this chapter because I already have a solid understanding of bioenergetics from exercise physiology, biomechanics, essentials to strength and conditioning, and adaptations of exercise classes. The chapter went into the different energy systems and how the play a role in exercise and how the body uses the different one s as time increases to continually fuel the workout. The chapter started with the most immediate energy system (ATP-PCr) and then moved on to Glycolysis,Show MoreRelatedReflection Of Class Reflection1488 Words   |  6 PagesThis past semester I have the privilege of working with Ms. Velasquez algebra class. Financial Management for Policies and Practices- myassignmenthelp

Question: Discuss about theFinancial Management for Policies and Practices. Answer: The Importance of board of directors for public- listed company . Boards of directors is a group of people who take into consideration the operations and activities of the organization. In public limited company, there should be minimum 2 directors. The directors are the important part of the organization as the decisions are made by them in operating the functions of the company. They are appointed so that they can act on the behalf of the shareholders to run the day to day activities. They are liable to the shareholders and every year the company conducts the annual general meeting in which the directors give a proper report that is based on the performance of the company. The vision and mission of the company are determined by the directors by taking into consideration the current operations and development. The board of the directors determines the values that should be promoted in the company. The significant role that is played by the board of directors is related to determine the company goals and policies so that the profitability can be attained. The key role of the directors is to take into consideration the prosperity by considering the company's affairs that fulfill the requirements of the shareholders. To enhance the image of the organization in an effective manner the boards of directors are responsible and also they try to minimize the threats and risks in the external environment (Masulis Mobbs, 2014). The financial and non-financial transactions of the company are evaluated by the board of directors. The employees work according to the directions implemented by the directors. If boards of directors are not there in the organization, the n it can be very difficult for the organization to sustain in the market. The legal responsibilities of the company are taken into consideration by the boards of directors. The decisions of the organization are also taken by them. To implement something new in the organization, then it is essential to take approval from the directors of the company. Without the approval, the company cannot follow any new structure (Krause Bruton, 2014). To manage the authority of the management and also to implement the strategies and business plans the boards of directors are involved in it. Communication with the senior management is also done by them so that the profitability can be enhanced. A director considers the affairs of the company and should also trust the employees. If there is no trust between the management and the directions the activities cannot be conducted effectively. They are also considered as an essential mechanism for evaluating the performance level of the managers and also to safeguard the interest of the shareholders (Zona, Zattoni Minichilli, 2013).There are various organizations in which the law can be seen that create balance between the managers and the directors so that the company can manage the profits and also prevent abuse of the freedom. The main importance is to manage the books of accounts. So, it is evaluated that the directors are an essential part of the public limited company, as all the a ctivities are conducted under their supervision (Tricker Tricker, 2015).
